Can I offer a signature cocktail (or two) at my event?

Yes! We are happy to tailor a menu to your event. This is a feature of our Premium package.

Who purchases the alcohol?

Alcohol will be purchased in advance by your event coordinator; we simply mix & pour it.

This means you have full control of how much & what kind of alcohol to provide. We will gladly advise you on this question. Whether or not food is served, duration of the event, & number of guests are a few factors to be considered.

Can I charge per cup at my event?

While tips are always appreciated, no money will be exchanged for the drinks themselves. Per Wisconsin regulation, no entity without a Class B license may sell open, alcoholic beverages to the public. Venues without this license are only allowed to provide alcohol to their guests of legal drinking age. You may read more about this here.

To state it plainly: we are licensed servers, not vendors. We have no role in the sale of alcohol.

How much alcohol should I buy?

We will gladly discuss this with you upon booking. The amount & type of alcohol being served will depend on the specifics of your event. We strive to create a well-rounded bar that has been tailored to your event needs & crowd’s preference.

Concerned that a guest might be prone to over-indulge at your event? Don’t worry! We know how to handle it.

We are a group of experienced bartenders. We have dealt with a variety of challenging & unexpected situations – you have no choice but to learn from them! These are a few insights that we have gathered.

We understand the basics of responsible alcohol consumption. High-protein foods, plenty of water, & an appropriate drinking pace will always be encouraged. Safety, health, & well-being always come first.

We understand that people have different drinking habits. Everyone wants to have a good time, but that can easily be spoiled by over-indulgence. We want your guests to have a positive experience that they can remember.

We understand that people respond well when treated with kindness. You can rest assured that every guest will be treated with dignity & respect throughout the course of the evening.
